Solar Photovoltaic (PV) cells can be integrated into the design of the building - providing the roof covering itself, or being bolted-on the existing roof covering.
PV can provide on-site electrical generation for heat pumps, or excess power can be exported to the national grid for sale. Please see the PV section for further details.
