Although planning permission for domestic solar installations is not generally required, there are still occasions when either general planning permission or listed building consents must be sought. We offer a bespoke service in such cases, acting as planning agent for our clients, and ensuring that a thoughtful and pragmatic approach is taken to each application.
Using our 15+ years of experience designing and installing renewable technologies, this will maximise the client's chances of success with the relevant planning authorities.
Equally, until permitted development restrictions are lifted for non-domestic installations, all commercial designs will need to pass through due planning process. The service we provide is turn-key, and runs from initial feasibility and consultation, to drafting of drawings for planning submission and project managing each application.
